The 2009 & 6th Annual China Food & Beverage Industry Summit (CFBIS) was held on June 25-26 at Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel. Mr. Chambers Yang, a partner of Haworth & Lexon and also a senior lawyer, invited as speaker, was present at the event, and gave a speech on Protection of Trademark Rights in China. Mr. Chambers Yang proposed advice on multi-national company??s registration of trademark in China, and introduced various relief measures regarding trademark infringement.
